Common questions

Do I need to replace my existing EAS system?
No. Keonn RFID can run alongside your existing AM or RF EAS system. Many retailers run both - RFID for inventory accuracy, EAS for alarm-triggered loss prevention.
How long does a typical implementation take?
A single-store portal install takes 1-2 days. A full rollout across an estate, including tagging strategy and system integration, is typically 3-6 months depending on store count and complexity.
Do I need RFID tags on every item?
Yes - for inventory accuracy, every trackable item needs an RFID tag. We help you pick the right format (hangtag, label, hard tag) for each product type, and can source tags as part of the solution.
How is this different from buying Keonn direct?
Keonn manufacture hardware - they do not install. As their System Integrator we handle specification, installation, integration with your existing systems, and ongoing support. The price is competitive either way.
What integrations do you support?
Most major retail systems including SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Shopify, Lightspeed and custom ERPs. Keonn middleware provides REST APIs for bespoke integration work.
