TagShop UK Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access and use of the TagShop UK website ("Site") and the services offered through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Site.

1. Use of the Site:

    • You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.
    • You agree not to use the Site to:
        • Impersonate any person or entity, including an employee or representative of TagShop UK.
        • Upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
        • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks connected to the Site.
        • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

2. Orders:

    • All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by TagShop UK. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
    • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.
    • All prices listed on the Site are subject to change without notice.
    • Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods as displayed on the Site.
    • We will ship orders within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. However, we are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by factors beyond our control.

3. Returns & Refunds:

    • We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.
    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
    • EAS tags cannot be returned if they have been activated or tampered with in any way.
    • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property:

    • The content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TagShop UK or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
    • You are not permitted to use any content on the Site for commercial purposes without the express written permission of TagShop UK.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties:

  • THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TAGSHOP UK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability:
