TagShop UK Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from TagShop UK. If for any reason you're not, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that some exclusions apply.
Returning Items:
- You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
- While we understand EAS tags cannot be worn, they cannot be activated or tampered with in any way. We reserve the right to refuse returns of used or tampered EAS tags.
- Please include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation with your return.
Exclusions:
- We cannot accept returns on final sale items or custom-made products.
- We cannot accept returns on opened or used hygiene products for safety and sanitary reasons.
- We cannot accept returns on items damaged in transit due to improper packaging.
Processing Your Return:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
- For EAS tags, this includes verifying they haven't been activated or tampered with.
- If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
